Meghna won 1st prize in the Tamilnadu state level for the Indian Postal Department Stamp Design Contest 2013 on the theme “A Day with Grand Parents”.
Sr. Manager from the Postal Department came to her school ‘The Schram Academy’ and given away a cash prize for her at the special school assembly.
She depicted her day with grand parents like playing chess and playing on a swing with grand father, going to temple and shopping with grand mother and also how her grandmother tells her stories etc.
Her picture will compete with other state winners at the national level.
